Create Events
Create all of the necessary event information on the online portal and assign active and standby employees directly from your database
Employees Check In/Out
Check in/out of all employees for the event either by the Agency or via a Client portal.
Confirmation
Assigned employees are notified via WorkPortal app and confirm their acceptance of the assignment. Second confirmation on the day of the event is also recorded.
E-Signature
Employees are confirmed and time stamped at the event using e-signatures.
Assignment Changes
Change assignment details as needed during the event and automatically notify the Employee
Timesheets
Automatic Timesheet creation based on check in/out details for all employees
